Renew & Awaken – Self-Care Retreat – All You Need to Know

Early this week we were so very excited to announce our giveaway contest for our upcoming Renew & Awaken – Self-Care Virtual Retreat. As we plot and plan on how to bring the best possible experience to each and every attendee, we thought it would be important to share what we have in store for this very special event.

What’s it all about?

A personal practice of self-care is an ongoing process of learning and investigation into ourselves and our experiences. By cultivating awareness of the body and our emotions through meditation, yoga, movement and spiritual guidance, we deepen our capacity to notice and hold ourselves and experiences with compassion and understanding.

Join us for our virtual retreat to honor ourselves this Spring with self-care for the body & soul. Spring is a time to re-evaluate our lives, our energy, our path, our priorities and a perfect time to realign with our highest self.  Use this season for reawakening to your most sacred self and for reclaiming your connection to self-care.

Our 5.5 hour virtual retreat is a perfect excuse to turn a space in your home to a dedicated “me-time staycation”.  During our time together, our four dedicated presenters/teachers have developed a day that will keep you engaged and supported.  We will connect with our bodies, through meditation, yoga, intuitive reflective readings & self-love goddess work, somatic movement, sound healing and more.

Rachel Gonzalez of Sama Tree has partnered up with Kim Sautter-Ramos of GirlJustWants2Travel, Annaliese of Creatively Intuitive, and Mindi Sheer of Dance Ecology to bring you this special Renew & Awaken Retreat.

Renew & Awaken Self-Care Virtual Retreat Agenda

• Welcome/Intros/Retreat Opening & Meditation
• Slow Flow with Kim Sautter-Ramos: A slow flow of awaking poses that bring back vitality and energize the body and soul.
• Collective Intuitive Self Reflective Readings and Cord Cutting/Clearing with Annaliese
• Somatic Movement Practice with Mindi Sheer.  Initiation and Phrasing for dynamic movement.  This session will use somatic principles and simple movement phrases to explore how inner initiation can translate into renewal in daily life.
• 30 Minute Break
• Self-Love Goddess Crystal Grid Session with Annaliese
• Self-reflection and the Moon for Self-Care with Rachel Gonzalez
• Yin Yoga to release and restore with Rachel Gonzalez
• Sound Bath for Sound Healing with Rachel Gonzalez
• Retreat Closing

Cost: 

The cost for the virtual retreat is $95.00, Early Bird Rate from 3/15/21- 3/31/21 (rates are per person + taxes and fees). 

$120.00 Regular Rate starts 4/1/21 (rates are per person + taxes and fees.)

Tickets go on sale starting March 15, 2021.

We are offering a limited amount of scholarship spaces for those that need the support, please inquire about our scholarship.

Spaces are limited as we want to ensure that this virtual retreat is an intimate gathering.

Requirements:

This event will be held on Zoom, internet and computer or tablet are required.  A digital waiver also must be signed prior to the event to attend.

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is strict and firm. Cancellations prior to March 31, 2021 will be 100% refundable (minus any booking fees).  Cancellations on or before April 4, 2021: The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you minus a cancellation fee of $25 + any booking fees). Any cancellations made after April 5, 2021, are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable (but may be transferable to another party for this event only up to three days prior only).
